If, after purchasing any package, you feel that the information, support, or services provided do not meet the commitments made by us, or if you are not satisfied with your overall experience, you may submit a refund request within 5 days from the date of purchase.

All approved refund requests will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.

Affiliate Rules & Code of Conduct

To maintain transparency, trust, and professionalism, every Premium Royals Affiliate must follow the rules below.

1. No False Promises or Misleading Information

Affiliates must not make any false promises or provide misleading information to prospective customers or Affiliates.
No Affiliate is allowed to claim any benefit, feature, income, guarantee, or opportunity that has not been officially announced or approved by Premium Royals.
All promotions and communications must be accurate and based only on official Company information.

2. No Fake Income Proof or Misleading Promotion

Displaying fake income screenshots, edited payment proofs, fabricated testimonials, or any misleading evidence to attract or convince people to join is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must never create unrealistic income expectations or use deceptive marketing practices.
Any Affiliate found engaging in such activities will be subject to strict disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent termination of their Affiliate ID.

3. Customer Payment Policy

When selling or promoting any Premium Royals product or service, customers must make payments only through the official payment methods approved by Premium Royals.
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from collecting Company product or service payments in their personal bank accounts, UPI IDs, wallets, or any other personal payment method unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.
If an Affiliate is found collecting Company payments into a personal account without authorization, the Affiliate ID will be immediately suspended while the matter is investigated.

4. Investigation and Account Suspension

Premium Royals reserves the right to suspend an Affiliate ID while investigating any suspected policy violation.
If, after verification, the Affiliate is found not to have violated Company policies, the Affiliate ID may be restored.
If the investigation confirms a policy violation, Premium Royals may impose disciplinary action, including permanent termination of the Affiliate ID, depending on the seriousness of the case.

5. Final Decision

All investigations and disciplinary actions will be conducted by Premium Royals Management. The Company's decision shall be final and binding on all Affiliates.

Manager Level Policy

The Manager Level is the highest leadership recognition within Premium Royals. It is awarded to Affiliates who build a strong organization, demonstrate ethical leadership, and contribute to the Company's long-term growth.

1. Manager Level Qualification

To qualify for the Manager Level, an Affiliate must achieve ₹15,00,000 (Fifteen Lakh) Non-Manager Business Turnover within 2 consecutive months.
The required turnover must be generated with the support of the Affiliate's team and in accordance with the Premium Royals Compensation Plan.
The qualification period for Manager Level begins only after the Affiliate has upgraded to the Company's highest package.
Only business generated by the Affiliate and team members who join after the highest package activation date will be counted.
Business generated before activation of the highest package will not be counted.
Only eligible business generated according to Premium Royals policies will be considered.
Premium Royals Management reserves the right to verify all business before approving the Manager Level.

2. Recognized Manager Qualification

To become an officially Recognized Manager, an Affiliate must demonstrate balanced team development.

During the qualifying month, at least ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh) Business Turnover must be generated collectively from a minimum of three (3) different direct frontline teams.
At least three separate direct Affiliates must contribute to the qualifying business.
A Manager Level qualification cannot be achieved solely through the business generated by one or two direct downlines, regardless of the total turnover.
This requirement ensures that every Manager develops multiple active leaders rather than depending on a limited number of direct referrals.

3. Lifetime Manager Status

Once an Affiliate qualifies for the Manager Level, the title is awarded for Lifetime.
A qualified Manager will never be demoted based on future business performance.
However, if a Manager is found involved in fraud, illegal activities, serious misconduct, or major Company policy violations, Premium Royals reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Affiliate ID according to Company policies.

4. Manager Benefits

Qualified Managers are eligible for the Manager Profit Share.

Premium Royals will calculate the eligible profit generated from the Manager's endless Non-Manager downline business.
35% of the Company's eligible profit from this Non-Manager business will be transferred to the qualified Manager's registered account on the 1st day of every month, subject to Company calculations and payout policies.
Profit generated under another qualified Manager or any business excluded by the Compensation Plan will not be considered.
The Company's calculation of eligible profit and payout amount shall be final.

5. Manager Responsibilities

Every Manager is expected to:

Work actively and ethically for the growth of Premium Royals.
Provide regular training, guidance, motivation, and business support to their downline team.
Maintain professionalism and represent the Company positively at all times.
Cooperate with Premium Royals Management in conducting Company trainings, events, recognition programs, trips, and incentives.
Wherever applicable, contribute the required support or amount for Company trips, events, or incentive programs as decided by the Management.
Follow all Company policies and encourage ethical business practices within their organization.

6. Active Qualification for Monthly Profit Share

To receive the Monthly Manager Profit Share, every Manager must remain Active.

A Manager must generate a minimum ₹10,000 Direct Business Turnover every month through their direct referrals.
This is a mandatory Active Qualification.
If the required Direct Business Turnover is not achieved in any month, the Manager will not receive the Profit Share for that month.
Failure to meet this requirement does not remove the Lifetime Manager title. The Manager will become eligible again once the monthly Active Qualification is fulfilled.

7. Other Affiliate Organization Policy

Premium Royals expects its Managers to remain committed to the Company's vision.

If a Manager leaves Premium Royals and joins, promotes, or actively works with any other affiliate marketing company, network marketing organization, or similar business opportunity, the Monthly Manager Profit Share will be stopped immediately after verification by the Company.
The Lifetime Manager Title may remain, provided no other Company policy has been violated.
Premium Royals Management reserves the right to investigate and verify such cases before taking any action.

8. Final Decision

Premium Royals Management reserves the exclusive right to approve Manager qualifications, verify business turnover, determine profit calculations, review eligibility, and enforce this policy.

All decisions made by Premium Royals Management shall be final and binding on all Affiliates.

Note

Premium Royals reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Manager Level Policy, eligibility criteria, compensation structure, operational rules, or qualification requirements whenever necessary for business, legal, or operational purposes. Any such changes will be communicated through the Company's official communication channels.

Premium Royals – Package Upgrade Policy

1. Eligibility

This policy is applicable only to individuals who are officially registered as Premium Royals Affiliate Partners.

2. Upgrade Within 30 Days (Special Benefit)

Affiliate Partners are eligible for a partial payment upgrade benefit within the first 30 days from the date of joining.

If an Affiliate Partner chooses to upgrade to a higher package within 30 days,
They are required to pay only the difference amount between their current package and the higher package.

Example:

If a partner has purchased a ₹3000 package and wants to upgrade to a ₹10000 package within 30 days, they only need to pay ₹7000 (₹10000 – ₹3000).

3. Upgrade After 30 Days

If an Affiliate Partner decides to upgrade after 30 days from their joining date:

The difference benefit will not be applicable.
The partner must pay the full amount of the selected higher package.

4. Important Terms

This upgrade benefit is valid only once within the first 30 days.
The 30-day period starts from the date of becoming an Affiliate Partner.
No exceptions or extensions will be provided beyond 30 days.

5. Final Note

This policy is designed to encourage early decision-making and provide maximum financial flexibility to new Affiliate Partners.

Premium Royals Income & Compensation Policy

The Premium Royals Income & Compensation Plan is designed to reward Affiliates through direct referrals and team-building opportunities based on the package they have activated. All commissions are subject to the Company's policies, verification process, and compliance guidelines.

1. Direct Commission Structure

All registered Premium Royals users are eligible to earn Direct Commission.

Commission is earned on every successful direct referral sale.
The commission percentage will be paid according to the official Company payout structure.

Conditions:

The referral must be made using the Affiliate's official referral link.
Only successful and verified sales are eligible for commission.

2. Passive Income Structure

Passive Income is available exclusively for Fast Track (₹10,000) package holders.

Level 1 (Direct Team): 10%
Level 2 (Team of Team): 5%

Eligibility Conditions:

An active Fast Track package is mandatory.
The minimum monthly business activity, as determined by the Company, must be maintained.
Only genuine, successful, and verified sales will be considered for Passive Income calculations.

3. Non-Eligible Users

Medium Track (₹6,000)

Passive Income is not available.
Eligible only for Direct Commission.

Slow Track (₹3,000)

Passive Income is not available.
Eligible for learning benefits and Direct Commission only.

4. Upgrade Policy

Affiliates enrolled in the Slow Track or Medium Track package may upgrade to the Fast Track package at any time.

Passive Income benefits will become active only after upgrading to the Fast Track package.
Upgrade charges will be applicable according to the Company's official upgrade policy.

5. Payout System

All eligible earnings will be credited to the Affiliate Wallet.
Withdrawal requests will be processed according to the Company's payout schedule.
Premium Royals reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reject payouts in cases involving suspected fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating activities.

6. Compliance Rules

Fake or duplicate Affiliate IDs are strictly prohibited.
Self-referrals are not permitted.
Any misuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, or violation of Company policies may result in suspension or permanent termination of the Affiliate account.
Premium Royals reserves the right to modify or update this Compensation Policy at any time without prior notice.

7. Earning Model

Direct Income: Available for all eligible users.
Passive Income: Available only for Affiliates with an active Fast Track package.

8. Summary
